Preparation. The researcher should prepare themselves to perform the experiment by considering the following personal self-organization criteria:

• 1. Hair. Avoid going to the lab with damp hair, as humidity can cause the pillows, armchairs, and mattresses to become moldy.
  
• 2. Odor. Avoid using perfume, cream, or other odor-giving and/or odor-fixing product.
  
• 3. Clothing. Inside the laboratory, it is preferable to wear light-colored, light and loose-fitting clothing that does not constrict any part of the body.
  
• 4. Punctuality. Go to the laboratory service room at least 10 minutes before the time of the experiment to pick up the key to the laboratory.
  
• 5. Snack. It is not allowed to eat snacks or drink water in the laboratory.
  
• 6. Appliances. The use of electronic devices, cell phones or computers is not allowed inside the laboratory.
  
• 7. Bathroom. It is advisable to go to the bathroom before the experiment. If there is a need during the experiment, use the bathroom at the reception Tertuliarium or holotheca and avoid as much as possible any type of dispersion along the route.

Interconnectivity. Strictly speaking, Conscientiological laboratories are multidimensional and provide the researcher with self-aware experiences of multidimensionality, among 4 other types of interactions:

• 1. Inspiration. It is the most common place to have extraphysical inspirations from the helpers.

SELF-ASSESSMENT MEASURES: INSTRUMENTS

The Conscientiological Laboratories of Self-Research at CEAEC provide the conscientiological laboratory with self-assessment instruments specific to each theme of the laboratories in order to assist in the identification and clarity of one’s own consciential reality for oneself.

• 1. Laboratory discussion. The laboratory discussion of a useful, cosmoethical and evolutionary character is an activity aimed at conducting technical discussions about laboratory experiences based on the intention of the group to help themselves to overcome certain aspects and to further develop laboratory self-research, analyzing facts and parafacts in order to enrich and deepen the leading-edge relative truths.
• 2. Marathon. The laboratory marathon consists of carrying out 30 laboratory experiments in a period of one month using the criterion of doing 1 experiment in each laboratory and repeating the other laboratories that follow according to one’s parapsychic inspiration. The goal is to have all the labs occupied throughout the whole day. Activity planned for 2018.
• 3. Laboratory Immersion. Laboratory immersion consists of carrying out 10 laboratory experiments of a specific theme in a period of one month with the purpose of deepening self-research together with laboratory debates.
